This Privacy Policy explains how Stage Tech ("Stage", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit stagetech.online, contact us, or work with us. Stage Tech is operated by Hussein Khalil, a sole proprietor based in Lebanon, who is responsible for your personal data.
Information you give us: your name, phone number (WhatsApp) or email address, and the details of your project when you use our contact form, message us on WhatsApp or email us.
Usage information: pages visited, time on page, referring website, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, collected through analytics cookies and server logs.
Client project information: if you become a client, information you share with us during a project. This is also governed by our service agreement with you.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or financial account information) through this website.
To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
To prepare proposals, deliver services and provide support.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To keep the website secure and prevent abuse or spam.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask to receive them.
We process personal data in line with Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on: your consent (analytics cookies); steps you request before entering a contract and performing that contract (enquiries and projects); our legitimate interests (security and improving the website); and legal obligations.
We only share personal information with trusted service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed:
Website hosting and database providers (for example Supabase and our hosting platform).
Communication tools: WhatsApp (Meta) and email (Google).
Website analytics providers.
Professional advisers or authorities, when required by law.
Some of our providers store data outside Lebanon, including in the European Union and the United States. We choose providers that apply recognised security and data protection safeguards.
Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Client and project records: for the duration of the relationship and as long as needed for legal, tax and warranty purposes.
Analytics data: according to the analytics provider's retention settings, no longer than 26 months.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if an incident occurs.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent at any time, or receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email marhalatech@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
